frontpage 2000 help!

Is there a way to make webpages fit different sized screens in Frontpage
2000? My site was designed on a 13" monitor, and when it opens up on a
bigger screen, it does not fill the screen.
 
Use Tables and Cells set to a fixed number of pixels wide (ex 720) and place
your content inside them to "lock" the layout into place so it looks the
same in all resolutions
