Hello,
I am trying to learn how to use microsoft front page are there any good
websiters for beginners which will guide me through the process of making a
website and sending my publication to the website?

Take a look at the FrontPage site on MS. They have several good tutorials.

Also look at the help in frontpage it has a getting started section and many
links to ms online tutorials, if something does not appear to work correctly
... go back and do each step like ticking off a list.

I'll post a list of frontpage resources in a minute.
