My website looks good and work correctly from explorer but not from other
browsers. The page comes up jumbled and the buttons will not work. How can I
make it better for all?

The page was written so that it will only display correctly in Internet
Explorer.
In other browsers, it is a mess, and will stay that way unless you remove
all the VML graphics. VML graphics include shapeart, textboxes, wordart and
other bits from the Drawing Toolbar. Links in text boxes appear as images
in non - IE browsers. Pictures of links are as useful in a web page as
photographs of shillings to a bank.

VML Textboxes and absolute positioning will never produce a website that
works or renders the same way in IE and Firefox

See http://www.rxs-enterprises.org/tests/vml-graphics/ for reasons why VML
should never be used.
