Hello!

I am getting an error message saying that my extensions
are not setup correctly. How can I correct the problem?
I was running FP 2000 and upgraded to 2002. Do I need to
upgrade my extensions? How do I install the extensions?
I know these are dumb questions, but I am ignorant of this
topic. Thanks.

What are you doing or attempting to do, when you get this message?

The host has not configured the extensions to process email. Locally this
will not work unless you have a web server running and a SMTP server.

Thank you for your responses.

The server is SMTP server. I set up the email options when
I go into Administrative Tools, Server Extensions
Administrator, Right-click on the server, choose
Properties, I am at server properties, I go to Options
section, choose Setting, and I enter email addresses and
SMTP MAIL server. I thgout this was enough. Any ideas?

Thanks

I don't have any other ideas, so I would suggest that you post to the MS
Windows Server newsgroup.

I found the extensions requires a "proper" domain name (that is something
with a dot in it) for the mail server. I use 127.0.0.1
