Front Page Navigation Bar Doesn't Display

I am trying to load a web page designed in Microsoft Front
Page (www.carlsonsw.com). The page has a navigation bar
on the left. On other computers the page loads and the
naviagation bar is there. On my computer the whole page
loads except the navigation bar. Anyone have any ideas
why it won't load on my computer.
 
What happens if you change Active Scripting to Prompt
and then disallow scripting? (That would test if the hover buttons
are a factor in your symptom.)
