Front page is not uploading bold print, any help?

My .HTM pages in Frontpage show bold characters, when I load to internet it
is lost. I did start page out as a 'save as' but had done this before.

Any ideas?
 
Are you using stylesheets (or themes with styleshits)? Are the
stylesheets on the site? Or missing from the site?

View the page in HTMl and look for a line beteen the head tag that looks
like this

<LINK href="somefile.css" type=text/css rel=stylesheet>
