Front Page installation with 2007 Office

I have a Front Page 2003 upgrade that worked just fine with Office 2007/VISTA
on another computer. I am replacing that computer with a new one. When I
attempt to load I am instructed that I need Office 2003...not so on the
previous computer. How to complete this installation?
 
In order to have installed the Frontpage upgrade you would have needed a
qualifying verion, if you havent got a qualifying version to upgrade you
cannot install it. Office 2007 is not a qualifying version.
