front page insert video button does not highlight as an option.

I have Front Page 2002 and have the most recent updates. I’m trying to insert
a video into the page, but the insert video option is not highlighted. In
other words I can’t click on it. When I copy and paste the video in, it works
okay, but if I try to move the video window or add anything else to the page
the embedded play controls disappear and I can’t play the video anymore.
Help, I’m so confused.
