Front page express problem changing sever name

Yes, I'm having some problems with front page express can
you help. I use
front page express to upload my website pages and I need
to change webhosting
companies but it's locked in and I can change it when I
open front page express
and have the file I want to publish it takes me to punch
in username and
password then it takes me to the same page again to punch
in username and password
again I need to get to the page where I first put in
severname, username,
password etc. information and I can't get to that page
anymore, can you help. I
tried everything. I need to reset something, you know when
you first start
uploading and it asks for your severname, username
password I can get to that page
anymore and I changed host so I need to change that.
