Front Page 2002 Save File???

When you are working on your web site on your local computer before you
publish this site....where and how does this file save when you hit the save
icon???? I was under the impression that the program would overlay the
existing file on the local computer.....my mistake
 
The file is opened and saved in whichever web you have open. The open
web could be one on your hard disc, or it could be located on a
server, anywhere.
 
It does - and should do exactly that. Unless you're working live on the
server through frontpage, it will save the file on the server.
