You can try installing it and ensuring you do a custom install and make
sure none of the shared office components are installed. If you install any
of the shared components with FP 2003, such as the document converters and
such, they'll over-write some of the Office 2007 shared components and
you'll start to get conflicts as FP overwrote the newer shared components
with older ones. Also make sure you run the installer as administrator to
limit issues with Vista
