Front end for cLit converter?

Hi all,

found that nifty little converter for lit files called "clit" (no joke). It
works well, but it`s a DOS command line program, which makes it cumbersome
to use. Is there a front end gui available for it? I searched the web, but
couldn't find anything other than the "usual suspects" for "clit" ;-)
