Fromtpage not showing existing files

I'm posting this once again to see if anyone can help. I
am still having this problem. When a user opens a web
and chooses to open a file, the open file window or the
save as window does not show any existing files or
folders. Has anyone encountered this and have fixed it?
I'm using Windows 2000 and the latest FPSE.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!!!

I posted the same problem yesterday (no reply). I think
this started when we did an automatic update from Windows
Update. I forgot to restart the server and did the
restart today. For most users the files and folders now
appear. I do have some that still can not see the files
or folders in a save as window or open window. There
must be someone out there that knows what is going on!

Yes, that has been attempted. No files of any type are
shown in the open or save as window.
