I have suffered with windows ME for almost four long pain
filled years and I can't stand it any more.

what is the best way to go grom ME to XP? Do I have to
erase everything on my hardrive? Do I buy full version of
XP and install, or an upgrade, or what?

any help on the best way to go about this devilish problem
would be appreciated more than you could POSSIBLY EVER
understand!!!

Use the File and Settings Transfer (FAST) tool that is on the XP CD.
Do an upgrade
Run the FAST to restore settings

I first installed over Me had a few bugs. so I deleted
everthing and reinstalled Me and then XP over it been
working fine since(of course anything is great after a
period of time with Me) enjoy xp works great>-----Original
