Could any member who has vista basic tell me how to reset Language Resource Libary, the box keeps comming up when I switch on the laptop. I am a new member to this great site, I thank you for your help,

Vista has no language-specific code at all. It is language-agnostic to the degree that not even English is in the base OS ...

Go to the Start Globe and type Regional and Language ... and before you finish typing you should see the link ... set it to what you want.
