The easiest way is to install Outlook on the Vista computer, and copy the
..pst to it.
Then you can import into Windows Mail.
Another way is to export your data from Outlook on your old computer to
Outlook Express format.
Copy the .dbf and .wab files to a temporary directory on the Vista computer,
and import into Windows Mail.
I should mention that there is a replacement for Windows Mail out now
(beta), called Windows Live
Mail. It seems to work better for some people. http://get.live.com/betas/maildesktop_betas
No you can't unless you install Outlook and set it to use that PSY file.
