From outlook 2000 to 2003

I have the outlook 2000 mailbox.pst and mailbox.pab file from outlook 2000. I
managed to use Outllok 2003 to open it by configuring the folder location. It
seems ot be fine (I have to use separate way to import the mail ruke).
However, in Outlook 2003, I can not use the to... and expand the contact
address. Please help.

Also, can some one poit out/write a documentation of the correct way to
migrate from outlook 2000->2003 ?
