From .NET 1.0 to 1.1

Hi to all.
I installed on my develop pc .NET frameworks 1.0 and 1.1.
The About menu in my VS IDE tell that is in
use "Microsoft .NET Framework 1.0 Version 1.0.3705".

How can I do to use the .NET 1.1?

In a similar way that Disney gave all those gifts to the 500 millionth
visitor to Disneyland the other day, should Microsoft give out a copy of
Visual Studio.NET 2003 to the 500 millionth person who asks this question?

Upgrade to VS.NET 2003.
