I have a user with "send as" access to two Exchange 2003 mailboxes using
Outlook 2003. The default address list is the user's private contacts list
rather than the global address list. In order to send as the other user one
either has to type the other user's name or click "from" and navigate
through the different lists to the GAL and select the other user. This has
been a chronic problem with Outlook and Exchange. In Outlook Express all one
has to do is use a drop-down menu. Does Outlook 2003 have any better
solution-- maybe a default "from" option? It's hard to sell a solution like
this to a user.
