From Excel

Hi folks i need to select a cell in a spreadsheet ie D3 and insert it into a
table then select D8 and insert that into the next column on my table etc.

Transferspreadsheet is not really what i am looking for as it keeps saying
their is no "F1"

any ideas

However i have been able to import the data i need into a temp table but its
all in one column and i need to select each record and transfer it to the
intended table

Temp Table Intended Table

F1 1st Data 2nd Data 3rd Data

Data 1 Data 1 Data2 Data3
Data 2
Data 3


Does that make sense
 
I'm not sure about your overall experience with Access, but you seem to have
what you want, with the Table at least. Sure, that method should work. Add
that 'temp table' to any Query of your choosing and then you can do whatever
you want from there (i.e., create any/all relationships, draw the results
into a Form, pull the results into a Report, etc.).

Post back with any more specific questions.
