from .asc to .excel

I'm fighting with ASC files.
my goal is the conversion from ASC to excel or CSV

I tried for two days, but I got nothing

may you suggest me something?

I'm not familiar with ACS files, but I found this page which has instructions for importing to Excel - perhaps this will be helpful:

I've never used an ASC file, what software are you using to create those files?
