Windows XP From a list display Weeknum For specific Year

Please can anyone help with this excel formula, i have a list of dates which spans several years and i want to display the weeknumber for each year separately, for eg: i may have several entry's for week 1 but they are not defined as to which year they belong to, so i would like to display the week numbers for a specific year say 2005 only.

Can anyone help with this?
