Frntpag03, how get rid of dotted line in preview, not a table?

Using Front Page 2003, set up web pages using themes, in preview a dotted
line shows up arond the table. It is not a table, it can not be highlighted,
I can not find it in code and yet it shows up when I do preview in all of my
screens.

How do I get rid of it.
 
What happens when you use File | Preview in Browser?
