fried board or chip?

Ok new build for a friend been fine for weeks, now there is no system beeps
at all and no display - quickly looked at the chip and it looks fine - no
scorch marks etc - swapped out ram, video card + everything else & cleared
cmos- is it likely to be the motherboard? or is there anything else i can
try?

Elite Ks75a Pro
AMD xp 2000+processor
256mb pc2700 DDR ram
60gb hARD dRIVE
gEFORCE 4 128MB Graphics

Two times I had that and it was a trusted PS gone south.
