Fresh install and now I'm missing Windows Explorer

No shortcut through Accessories, no launch from Run menu
by typing Explorer, no nothing. The damn thing is just
not there. I've formatted and rebuilt twice now and
still nothing. I can't find anything in the knowledge
base and have tried everythign that I can think of.
Anyone got any advice?

Hi,

- Does explorer.exe exist on your disk ?

- If you type explorer and then go into Task Manger - do
you see the explorer.exe process ?

- Does the Event Log say anything ?

- Does it work in Safe Mode ?

If Explorer.exe didn't exist, he wouldn't have a shell environment to do
anything with.
