We have installed Windows 98 Second edition, MS Office XP, Norton Antvirus
9.0 and all the updates have been installed. No virus have been found in the
system. The computer is a new one (AMD Sempron 2400+ 1.66Ghz) with 256 MB
RAM. We get an error message that the explorer has performed an illegal
operation and the explorer restarts. After the third or fourth ocassion, The
system stops responding and we are forced to restart.
We would be greatfull to you, if u can guide me into solving this problem.
