frequent crash in word 2002

word2002crashing

I've been experiencing a frequent crash in Word 2002 that
has only occured since downloading the updates from the
MS Web site.

When I close a file, there is a ten percent chance or so
that Word will crash (with the 'send error report' screen
coming up). It attempts to reload and recover the
document, but sometimes changes are lost (even though I
save the file first).
 
What you do is open Word 2002 go to help and on the drop
down there is Delect and Fix or thing like that and click
on that and it will smooths thing out for you. It work
for me when I did something like that.
