Frequent Account Lockouts

We are running NT Domain Controllers and 2000
workstations. However, as soon as we went to 2000
workstations, our accounts are very frequently lokcked out
for no apparent reason!

Can any one help??
 
Hard to say offhand, but enabling auditing of account logon events on domain
computers and account logon events on domain controllers may help. Also do not set
your lockout threshold too low. Microsoft recommends minimum of ten which is plenty
sufficient to deter attacks for all but weak passwords. See the link below for
