Frequency domain chart?

Is it possible to use Excel to produce a frequency domain chart?
Y-values will be in dB (decibels) and X- values in normal frequency
values.

Put your X data in column A and the Y data in column B. Select this
range, run the chart wizard, and create an XY Scatter chart. You can
make either axis of a scatter chart into a log scale axis, if that helps.
