French-English Softwares

Can an English language software, Photoshop let's say, work on a French
language Windows XP Home?
 
Hi,

It depends on how the software was written. Sometimes some softwares check
to verify if the os is the same language. if it matches then it proceeds or
else u get a warning message if the software cannot be installed.
