Windows has been freezing in the shut-down mode, at least
every other time I shut it down. Now, it has started
freezing in the sleep mode. The only way I can get it to
respond is to turn it off my the switch. Please help me!

Thank you

This issue is most commonly related to your video card and
somtimes the BIOS.

Look in the Event Viewer for related system problems. Also look in Help
and Support for system hardware problems. Jym
