freezing

my computer keeps freezing when i play a game. i think it
might be my power supply. How do i check and see if my
computer isnt pumping out enough power to run the game?

Usually this problem is caused by a video card that
cannot support the game graphics. check your video card
capacity (ex. 32-bit) then check the game requirements.
It could also be the processor capacity or RAM capacity.
