freezing up

Why does my computer freeze after I've been on the
internet.Usually after 2or 3 min??? I have to reboot and
when I log on again, it happens again.
Can ysomeone help?

Is case ventilation adequate? Leave room on all sides for air flow, and
be sure that the fans are working normally.
