freezing up

useing windows xp i get this mess when i try 2 send the report.
-- error signature: szappname: iexplore: exe szappver:
6.0.2900.2180 szmodnames hungapp szmodver: 0.0.0.0
offset 00000000 this is the details that r in the report. can
anyone help plz. this is in response 2 my first question about
freezing up when i leave a game room in yahoo.

Update your virusscanner and check your system. It might be a virus -
possibily Baster.

i have done that no help at all. i get updates all the time. i scan
4 viruses often, still no help.
