freezing up

useing windows ep every time i go out of a game room in yahoo i freeze up.
then i have to hit ctrl. alt. delete 2 get out of the freeze up. then
i send a report to microsoft, of course it does no good. then i have to
sign in again . the crazy thing is it doesn't knock me out of yahoo
messenger? just knocks me out of everything but messenger. can anyone help??

A lot of Yahoo games use Java. Update/reinstall the Java engine from here:
http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_ie.jsp

thank you 4 ur answer jon, but i had already tried that & it didn't
do any good. so i went 2 that java site & i uninstaslled my java.
then i installed it again. no help it still freezes. so every time i want
2 go 2 a different game room i have 2 start all over again. my
friend & i are voiceing in messenger, but it doesn't knock us out . i
don't understand it? i called yahoo about it . they said i needed 2 call
the maker of my puter. i did , no help. they wanted me 2 restore my
puter. it is a new puter. i don't think that is the problem. i just got
it in feb. my java was working good. till i download the new java.
that is when all this started. some times if i leave a game room & wait
about 30 seconds , it will let me go into another. some times??? do u
have any more ideas?
