Freezing the Size in which a picture can be imported

I have a user who is putting a presentation together, and they are linking
several excel charts. When they do the paste special and paste link, the
charts come in - in different sizes. Is there a way to make a template or a
frame where you tell it when something is imported into this spot, it will be
this specific size?

If you use the Title and Chart layout, you can insert a new slide, select the
chart placeholder (but don't doubleclick it) then paste in your chart. It
should size itself to fit the chart placeholder.

It talks about images but will work for charts too. The StarterSet add-in it
refers to is free.
