Freezing Epson Ink Carts?? Shipping Up North??

Has anyone heard of a problem with Epson Ink Carts (T007, T009 in my
case), having a problem AFTER being shipped in very cold weather?? I have
some that were just shipped US Postal Service, and I'm concerned about
what happens if they sit in my Vermont mailbox for several hours...

Due to their abusive pricing, I never use Epson's own cartridges.
However, my Epson compatibles' packaging have a temperature warning of -15 C

Malev, which Epson compatibles do you recommend? I need waterproof inks
which are cheap (and non-malevolent to the heads, of course).

go to the epson website and check the specifications for the ink cartridge.
most (if not all) can be frozen and then thawed with no adverse effects.

Jay, can you point to any info on this?? I searched around there and
didn't find actual specs. for cartridges. Thanks!

And the wonderful Epson site has NO WAY I can find to ask a question not
already answered in their FAQ's :-(
