freezes

when updating definition, Microsoft Antispyware freezes
when updating but after it finish it comes back to normal.

I am having the same problem. I finally just have to go
into the task manager and shut the updating feature down.

It is set to update a 7pm and is still running at 5am so
clearly it would never finish. I did not have this problem
with the first bata.

Which build are you running, .501 or .509, ensure you have the latest build.
Also ensure that you are running any Antivirus utilities that might
conflicting with the update.
