Freezes comp on startup

My computer suddenly started freezing on start-up today.
It happened after AntiSpyware beta was trying to remove
spyware from my computer, but ended up freezing it. I
can't access my control panel or any of my other files.
How can I fix this? Please help.
 
Try starting in safe mode, then run the scan using Microsoft AntiSpyware
again. On the Scan Page, choose scan options > Full System Scan > (check the
boxes below) and click "Run Scan Now".
