Freezes at welcome screen, not able to log in

My pc freezes at the welcome screen and wont allow me to
access any of my profiles. I have tried safe mode and the
doens't work either. Every time I get to the welcome
screen, the pc just stays there and wont allow any
passwords to be entered, and even on non password profiles
I can't get into.

Can you tried booting into last known good configuration, safe mode, or
safe mode with command prompt by tapping the F8 key right after a reboot
to get the safe mode menu?

Ahh I missed that you tried safe mode. What about last known good
configuration or safe mode with command prompt?
