I have an IBM M70 laptop running Win XP. Occasionally it freezes, all
external devices turn off and the keyboard and touchpad are unresponsive.
This seems to be happening when I'm working the CPU hard and the PC is
getting quite hot to the touch. If I have the M70 sitting on a laptop fan to
help cool it, I have not had it freeze. I think I have a hardware
overheating problem.

Are they any (preferably free) tools out there that can log and CPU and GPU
and whatever other temperatures every minute or so. That way I can try to
correlate hot temperature and freezing (now that is an oxymoron.
