freeze up

this computor , a micron millennia, refurbished locks up when i am in web sites at times then it will not respond to any thing except shutting it off and restaarting. of course that loses what i was doing, and nine times out of ten when i go back into the same site it will do the same thing, once it has done it that day HELP, i'm getting very frustrated. thanks just me

Clear your browser cache -- see http://aumha.org/a/health.htm, step 4,
"Taking Out the Trash."

Then, if that simple step doesn't fix the problem, see if you have parasites
infesting your system: http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm.

If that doesn't give an answer (as it likely will), I recommend you stay
away from taht particular site! <bg>
