freeze frame

Is there anyway to freeze a video frame in MM? It says that I have version
5.1, but I can't find anything anywhere that will let me freeze the end of a
segment so I can put a title over it. Thanks!

Do a screen cap of the frame you want to
freeze by pausing the movie and clicking
the "Take Picture button". (It's at the bottom
of the view sceen)

Then insert the still shot in the timeline and
increase the duration as much as you wish.
