Freeware to rebuild Add/Remove programs?

Hi - is there a program what can rebuild my add/remove programs list? I
reinstalled XP and now the list is blank...

If my memory serves me well, I once had a tweaking program on my computer
that was able to do exactly that...

Try line 226, "remove the white space from add or remove".
