Freeware Phone Tools?

Hello,

Some time ago I had a program that came with a 56k modem, it was Classic
Phone Tools from BVRP and provided everything I needed for fax, phone
book, an answering machine. Is there any freeware program that will do
the same or is the BVRP program still available?

Recently I have bouoght a Dell computer and it came with this Phone
Tools installed so it seems that they are updating this software. I
don't think it is freeware tough, it just comes in bundle with new
pcs/modems
