Freeware keystroke logger / sniffer

I have a notebook running Vista home and I'd like to add something onto the
system that will manage chats (AOL and FB and others, possibly) capturing
the data and then emailing said texts over the Internet.

Too much to ask?

It is definitely cheap enough. But I get a sneaky suspicion that my Avira is
not going to allow it
to run.

Plus, I really want it to email me that data - didn't see that as an
option....

So what you want is to spy on someone else using the notebook. If you have
the notebook in your possession a simple file copy would suffice. But since
you want it emailed (and probably without anyone else knowing about it) it
is obvious what you want to do.
