Freeware for opening *.rar files.

hi, i have downloaded some files being zipped in *.rar formats but i only
got 99.9% of the complete rar file.
i just wonder is there any freeware (software) which could allow me to open
this corrupted rar file.
any suggestion is highly appreciated.
