Freeware for OE that condenses quotes

One thing I liked about Dialog as a newsreader was hitting the Q to make the
quotes condense. However, I couldn't get comfortable using it as my primary
reader. Too long using OE to change just for that reason. I do have OE-Quote
addin installed and that helps with conversation threads but I would like to
make than disappear to be able to reply (or see replies). Anyone know of an
addin that will accomplish this for OE?

It has lot of features, maybe it could be good for you.

Checked out site and downloaded but I have no idea how to install the *.cab
file. The FAQ on the site requires log in and I have no access.
