Not as far as I know, but you could try an older version.

ftp://ftp.aladdinsys.com/pub/pc/StuffIt/

The last time I used Aladdin Expander, it sole my zip association, so I
hate having to use it for sit files.

I've been looking at (but have not yet tried) ExtractNow
http://www.extractnow.com/

The website specifies:
For SIT support you must download stuffit5.engine-5.1.dll and save it to
your ExtractNow directory.

If it will open sit files, but leave my zip association intact, I'll be
happy.

I haven't used it, but perhaps you might try a Google on: "unmacit."
One of the two programs that contains is unsit.exe.

| UNMACIT
|
| Unsit and Ungqx for Windows to handle Mac files under Windows
|
| Unsit can decompress SIT archives which can be identified
| by a filename of *.sit
|
| Unhqx can translate BinHexed files, often identified by
| a filename of *.hqx

On DOS/Win systems are only a few old ones I know of, which don't support
the current archives. Omega has already pointed you to unmacit for Win.
You can get it from SAC:

ftp://ftp.sac.sk/pub/sac/pack/unmacit.zip

There is a DOS unsit from Brian Uechi, too:

ftp://ftp.sac.sk/pub/sac/pack/unsit30.zip

That's the one I used sometimes. But it isn't very useful, anymore. The
best way is to tell your Mac sources to use *.zip format. If you can't
do this - than you stick with Aladdin Expander or any Shell using its
*.dll. (Like Tom suggested.) Besides: You can copy the content of the
Aladdin Expander installation directory of any computer or install, copy,
and uninstall on your own PC. The whole installation process is not
necessary. If you don't need IE integration and HFS drive support (the
latter is done via macdrapi.dll) you only need Expander.exe and the
current engine *.dll. If you are unsure whether you have the appropriate
MSVC runtimes you should copy all files of the installation.
