Freeware email statonery-maker (like what Scrippy sounds like)?

I asked about an email program for making stationery due to large
amount of animated GIFs and smileys I've been collecting from various
sources. Scrippy was recommended to me though it's shareware
(http://www.scrippy.com/). Was hoping there is a freeware type of
program for this? Anyone come across one?

Arachnophilia has a great toolbar add-on created by someone perhaps
called Sven (?). It does a fantastic job of making stationery. Just
thought I'd pass it along.

and click on the link called "Custom Arachnophilia Toolbars Version
3.02".

The add-on adds 3 buttons on the main Arachnophilia's buttons on the
bottom called "Stationery 1", "Stationery 2" and "Stationery 3".
Results are pretty neat and beat hard-coding the stationery as I've
been doing for last year or more. The scripting code is neat and you
can add sound, something I've never done before.
